Fridays are usually pizza night in my house!
However, during this pandemic there seemed to be a shortage of yeast… apparently there was a lot of baking going on 🙂
And if I’m being honest as much as I love homemade pizza dough, it can be a tedious task. So between the yeast shortage and my pure laziness, I discovered this 2 ingredient pizza crust using only flour and plain Greek yogurt!
All you need:
2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
2 cups flour
That is it!
Roll the dough out ( I roll it out in parchment paper)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Then put your sauce and toppings of your choosing on the pizza and bake till the crust is light golden brown…
It may not look the best (my kids after all made it) but it was DELICIOUS and good to know it packs a little more protein into our diet!
